Hi. I've lurked for a while, and have made a few kits. I've got a fridge with inkbird for fermentation, and I think it's safe to say I've got the bug. My office is gradually getting taken over with brewing kit! I'm starting to regret getting the garage converted...

So far I've done:
  • Young's American Amber Ale - lovely
  • Coopers Real Ale - okish
  • Beerworks Sheepdog Pride Suffolk Bitter - definitely a step up from Coopers
  • Coopers Dark Ale - again, okish
  • Youngs American IPA - magnificent, if a bit too strong
  • Bulldog Evil Dog Double IPA - really really horrible...like some cheap beer with a shot of vodka in it
  • Woodforde's Nog - conditioning now.
I started with kegs, got massively hacked off with it, and have now gone on to using 1 litre bottles, and am happy with that.

I've now done a simple AG brew, which is really nice, and am looking to build an automatic BIAB system, I'll probably post another thread to see if anyone's followed this - the search I've done shows a couple of people started it.

Welcome aboard.

It's good to see you've found a decent set of kits to try. Always worth knowing what works well for your water profile and your taste buds.

The are loads of folks doing BIAB here with a wealth of experience. I'm sure you'll get plenty of help with any questions you have.
