Adrian, 30, North Devon, brewing on and off for about 5 years now mainly from kits but done the odd own recipe mead and fruit wine when I find the time to scrimp the fruit from somewhere.
Just got back on it with an IPA and a Barolo but hope to branch out into something more exciting come the spring or when ingredients are abundant, if anyone has suggestions for any autumn ingredients I can forage for free that and a recipe I would be grateful.
Also I'm horrifically dyslexic so sorry for my spaz spelling/grammar etc. when it creeps in.
