Hi all.
I've just started the homebrew hobby; collecting bits and bobs from ebay, and familiarising myself with the process with some shop bought wine kits.
Not into beer - just wine and cider - and looking to move from shop kits to my own brews once comfortable.
Hoping to make some interesting, palatable drink, whilst shaving a little off of the weekly budget, so hedgerow drinks may be of interest.
Have read up as much as I can, but I seem to have thousands of questions that I can't find answers to - you will no doubt see them on the forum over the coming weeks!
