I'm a total newbie (or Noob as my kids say ) just waiting for my first 5l demijohn of supermarket juice wine to finish fermenting. I discovered this place by searching online for "can I make wine from grape juice" or something, and it's been a font of knowledge, and has inspired me to try more after this first experiment, so I thought I would introduce myself!
