Hi all,

I used to brew in Upchurch, Kent but have relocated to the end of Magpie Hall Road in Chatham.

I've been brewing in my flat with my assistant brewer and chief bottle organiser (he's a librarian and they all have to match or he gets twitchy) and may be moving operations from here to Gillingham as his wife seems to have thrown in the towel over their cellar becoming our brewery.

We are almost exclusively brewing from tins but very pleased with the majority of the results. I would be keen to assist with someone else's BIAB or other all grain setup to get over the confidence hump that makes me leave those kinds of recipe bundles in the shopping cart!

I've been a fairly committed brewer over recent years and have amassed around 19 cornie kegs and ancillaries. If anyone else brewing in Medway wants to meet up to compare notes or let me/us haunt a brewday at theirs then please PM me and we'll set something up

Hello farmer Dave, and welcome to the forum
I've just started brewing from kits + wow wine's

Hi David,
Ive just done my first AG brew on Sunday.
Like most things I do I looked at loads of info on the web. I decided to build my own stuff, (as i'm originally from Yorkshire), so a few buckets from here, coupla kettles from Asda, bits off the net, tubes and elbows from plumbase, ive managed to put together all I need and relatively cheaply.

Anyway brew day came and everything went pretty much to plan. (A few tweaks needed here and there but nothing too dramatical)

All I can say is follow the wealth of info that's out there, do plenty of preparation and you won't go far wrong.

Regards Nick from Tunbridge Wells
