Hi Folks,

Moved to a house with an old Bramley tree in the front garden last year and also have access to a variety of other apples. This is my second year of cider making. Last year produced approx 30 litres of bottle conditioned dry cider. Well received by the family, if a little bit yeasty.

On my second 30 litre cider batch this year. The aim being to have one slightly sweeter batch, and one very dry (through use of different yeasts). Also considering a venture into some beer making at some point.

I've already learnt a heck of a lot lurking over the last 12 months or so, and a recent concern with the latest batch has propelled me to become a more active member. Looking forward to sharing some experiences with everybody.

Cheers.
