Hello Folks
Iâve been stalking the forum pages for a while now (2 months) and though itâs about time I said hello. I've got a few questions which will hopefully help with my first brew.
1. I looking to brew a Stout can anyone recommend a kit? I like Guinness extra stout.
2. Hard or soft water for brewing stout? I live in a soft water area but can get hard water.
3. The old boots pressure barrel cap is cracked and need to get a new one, will any 4" cap do? Or is it new barrel time.
4. Does anyone know of any brewing shops in Northern Ireland?
Thatâs it for now, until I get up and going.
