Hello all.
I have been meaning to start some homebrew for a while, but have not been at home much lately due to being on the road.

Originally from Carrot Crunching Norwich, but moved to the USA (MD) for work 4 years ago.
There are some good flavor beers out here, but I do find them overcarbed and too cold for my taste.

I have got most of the gear together to make some more British style ales ( how I miss them) and pull them from a pump.

I/m new so there's bound to be some 'bone' questions.

See you on the forums.

Nathan

Enjoy your beers!
Over-carbing and over-cooling just means you can't really taste the beer! Even if its an American style IPA :)

Agreed, I always ask for 2 glasses and 'decant' to get rid of some fizz and introduce a touch of heat ( probably oxidizing slightly but hey ho)
