Hi guys, I'm new to the forum, and I've recently attained the bug for homebrewing cider as I've a near endless amount of apples and pears! I'll definately be asking lots of questions for which I'll be very grateful for the answers and in time hopefully I'll be able to offer advice after my experiences....ta.
