I've just joined the forum and thought I'd stick my head above the parapet and say hello.
I did a little bit of brewing about 20 years ago, but nothing since. I recently moved into a house with a bit more space and decided to give it another go after being inspired by some youtube videos. I did a Coopers kit that worked beautifully and I am currently working on a slightly reluctant Geordie Lager kit.
I'm only using a standard fermenting bin followed by plastic bottles at the moment, I'd like to use a keg, but have no means of chilling it (or affording it, but that's a different story).
I look forward to joining in with the chat!
