Hi - I've been brewing from can packs on and off for a few years now and have always been interested in taking the step into All Grain brewing. I have now got myself fully kitted up (hopefully missing nothing) - Looks like this is a really friendly forum, lots of good advice and ideas flying around - hoping to pick up a lot and share my first and growing experiences on here.

My first batch will be made in about 2 weeks time, when I get back from offshore, will be either a pre-selected batch of grain/hops I got from eBay (Summer Lightning) or Timothy Taylor Landlord from the hopshopuk. If anyone has used either of these packs before or knows of them, any advice is appreciated.
