Just about to start brewing again. Tried it a couple of years ago, Santa's Winter Warmer and Firkins best bitter both turned out OK. Circumstances have changed and I have some more time to throw at it. Again I am staring with kits but I do want to get to making my own from scratch eventually so will be looking for lots of advice.
