Names Ray, i've been out of brewing for several years because of working away, but now i fancy having another go. The kits seem to have come on in leaps and bounds since i last brewed.I have bought a couple of festival kits to try going on the reviews i have read.Just waiting for the temperature to drop!Just a quick question does anybody know anywhere in the Barrow in Furness area where i can get my Hambleton Bard S30 cylinder replaced? I took it to the chemist on Duke st,but they don't exchange them anymore.Thank you in advance

Cheers Ray

Welcome to the forum Ray acheers.

I cannot find anywhere round here that refills them but have found a refill service on eBay i haven't a clue if its a good price (use the drop down under "Condition new" for refills) https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Hambleto...ll-Exchange-for-Beer-Barrel-Keg-/152767317734

Thank you Chippy Tea. i have ordered a new cylinder for now from them. But starting to take a interest in cornys. Do you know by chance the best place to get c02 cylinders from in this area ? All the best Rayacheers.

I don't use them myself but am sure there is a place in the bus depot yard before you get to ASDA (going into barrow from Ulverston)
