Hello everyone,
I started making kits about a year ago and so far I've had success with a few of the woodfordes kit.
The Wherry is a great starter, brewed that twice and then moved on the the Admirals reserve, basically a hoppy Wherry.
I've recently done a Mangrove Jacks American IPA. The fermentation went off like a bomb to start with, it was then dry hopped for a week and put into a pressure barrel.
Tried it after two weeks but wasn't too impressed, however it's now been 4 weeks and it tastes so much better.
Currently trying a Coopers Blonde kit I picked up on the cheap and have a Festival Stag and Youngs IPA kits waiting to be done.
I'd love to move up to all grain soon but lacking the space at the moment. Can anyone recommend a half way? Brew in a bag maybe?
Cheers,
Matt
