A little about me and my brewing habits. Back in the olden days when there was an OH I was mainly the chief sampler of various home made wines. Now I'm going it alone although there is a new OH who has taken over the sampling post.
Started in September with a 21p bag of reduced plums and made 6 bottles of plum wine which will be ready for Easter.
Currently sampling the results of a John Bull kit (my first try at beer) which thankfully has got better over the weeks and have a Beaverdale Barolo fermenting in the airing cupboard. Shortly to embark on an elderberry and bramble wine concoction. Would love to try making cider or perry.
Variety rather than quantity is what I'm aiming for especially using fruits from the reduced section or those which can be foraged.
That's it for now. :
