Hi Everyone
It seems I did things the wrong way round and failed to introduce myself.
Just started on the forum and guess what I'm in trouble already, nothing changes I'm afraid, anyways really nice to be a part of such a big forum.
I live in North Wales and make mostly wine, hedgerow concoctions which generally work really well except the Rowan berry muck I made last year, don't know why it was so sour even with loads of sugar!
I also have made cider and help a friend fill a few barrels every autumn.
I enjoy the real ales and am really lucky to have a CAMRA award winning pub on my doorstep, the Bridge End Ruabon, come along if your in the area the beer is fantastic.
Looking forward to hearing from you on the forum
