Hi thought I'd reintroduce myself I joined a few years ago for a bit of inspiration and tried quite a few recipes. Some went well but one variation of WOW wine went a little too well and after my wife found herself sleeping almost completely naked on the kitchen floor my brew kit was banished to the loft 😭. Now after a long talk we have decided to give it another go only this time maybe try something a little less turbo charged 😇😇

can't remember the exact one I just know it had pineapple juice in it looked like a volcano when brewing and I might of got the maths wrong with the sugar
