My wonderful wife has been asking me what I want for Christmas for ages, I think I've finally decided, a cider brewing kit. I've had a very quick browse online and spent a few hours lurking here. A friend from work telling me about his homemade turbo cider from Morrisons apple juice and it was really interesting, and I do like a cider...so here I am!

Go for it turbo cider is easy, but be warned your brewing will escalate to, all grain, fridges, gas bottles, corny kegs, i spindles, temp control, it is an amazing hobby
