I am Ed, just getting to grips with this internet lark and enjoying it. Been brewing wine off and on for almost 25 years but have just set a kit away of lager, "i fancied a change" Joined up on another forum closer to home for me recently and have now found this site. I quite fancy a go at that Boil (brew) in a bag brewing soon so brace yourselves for my dribbling on the subject. As for wine....keep it simple and its a doddle * at least it has been for me*
