welcome back ...

oh boy have things moved on ;) you no longer need to sit on a kit for months in the bottle to loose that gawd awful homebrew twang for starters..

and while your friends n family may be a bit nervouse about sampling your brews, this time round they wont sip and put the glass down and make the right noises, now they will more than likely still take a small first nervous sip, But will also then follow that with a big grin and a huge gulp .. things sure have moved on..

the best kits to go for are the 2 tin jobs that only ask you to add a nominal amount of extra sugar if any ..

Just started a brew off today, a coopers euro lager and will start a wine off later /tomorrow

Coopers euro lager x 40pints
Wine buddy Chardonnay x 6 bottles
Wilko Rose x 6 bottles
Wilko cervezza x 40pints
Spirits x 6 bottles ..... Essence /flavours to be added (amaretto, rum, vodka)
