Hello all

Saying hello. Just finished my first brew, tried the Wherry as most people seem to start with that. Just at 5 1/2 days today and finished bubbling. Tried it when I took the fg, smashin. I'm up I'm liverpool at the moment, half way between the wineworks shop and the beer supermarket in Runcorn. Wondering what to try next beer wise, but wine wise I am going to try banana wine. Looking forward to swapping recipies etc.

iv only done one brew myself as im also new to the game ...
iv just done a cooperts stout ....

it tastes ok...

but will have to improve a fair bit if im going to love it ...

but i only bottled it saturday ...
so ill leave it now 2 weeks in the warm ...
then its up the shed with it for 6 weeks ..

glad your pleased with your first brew...
