Just a quick note to introduce myself.

I'm a first timer and bottled my first brew (Cooper's Stout) last night, with a little help from Mrs R. Remarkably, everything seems to have gone ok up to this point. I found a lot of helpful information in the Cooper's Stout kit review thread and hope to add to it myself in a month or so's time. Cheers.
