Right my home brew starter kit arrived in the post today so I'm jumping in this weekend! I've never brewed beer before so I have a looooot to learn. But I love beer and can't wait to get started. My long term plan is to move to the country and brew beer with the aim of starting up a small business. Obviously I literally have just opened my starter kit so this is all far off but this is the plan and any advise from any of you fellow brewers will be greatly appreciated. So I'll let you know how I get on. i live around the corner from the Kernel Brewery in Bermondsey and might try to get some experience there. But for now it all begins at home.
