First of all hello all I'm Andy or PoM, I'm pretty new to the world of homebrewing and have a few fairly disastrous attempts at making my own wine (grape and various other things i found in the garden)

Last year i had a bash at making cider and its come out pretty well i.e. its crystal clear nice and golden and even raw it doesn't taste too bad!!

I live in the Cotswolds just outside Oxford a very pretty area with lots of lovely old apple trees for cider making!!
Some good friends of mine (both well into their 80's) Have a 100+ year old apple orchad that they let me harvest from in exchange for a bottle of cider once its ready. there are far more apples than i can handle so if anyone in the oxford area has need im sure they would welcome you too!
