I've been brewing in Colchester for 3 years now, and moved to all grain this year - wish I'd done it sooner. Lots of interesting beers in Clone Brews and Radical Brewing.
Is anyone nearby interested in a bottle swap (plus recipe of course), so we get more variety for the same effort? I was looking at recipes for Rodenbach Grand Cru, and big stouts and IPAs, but I doubt I could take 40+ bottles of any of them...
It also occurs to me, if there's interest, it might be good to plan similar brews, and so experiment with variations on a theme.
