Absolutely brilliant, how much fun were those two having? How do I prime with Helium?? I can't wait to do a Helium fizzy lager for Xmas. five or six bottles with your mates and break out the Helium lager......Bring it on!!!

Nitrogen and CO2 but what else - that wouldn't kill us?

Not Helium as it has a very poor soluble rate in liquids

Carbon dioxide compared to oxygen is more soluble in water. CO2 reacts with water to form carbonic acid

Surely pure oxygen would just oxidize the beer?
