Brewed this on 26th December and bottled two weeks later. Tried one on 22nd January and was very disappointing but hey, what do I expect after just two weeks in the bottle? Really really lacking in hop hit, not sure if this will improve with age. Perhaps I'm just too used to my Youngs AIPA these days.
Anyway, will leave for another few weeks and give another try.
