have i spoiled my beer?

Hi All Knowing Beer Dudes,

I had 5 gallons of lager in the garage "lagering" funnilly enough but this sudden cold snap made me think could i have killed the yeast. On saturday at 10:00 am it was still -4.5 outside. I have since brought it into the house to a more temperate climate! It was barrelled in early october.

Have i gone and spoiled it or will it be ok? :pray:

Hi Rab,

As far as I know the yeast won't be killed due to the cold it will just stop working or should I say slow down. Perhaps could do with getting it a little warmer say about 2 degrees C for "lagering"

sorry should have read your post properly lol if you have a brought it into the house It should be fine
