Have I cocked up?

A few weeks ago I racked off 6 dj's of various wows. Into the receiving dj's were a crushed Campden tablet, potassium sorbate then richies kwik clear.

I have today racked them again as only one had cleared very well and a couple of them were still extremely cloudy. I have treated them all again with kwik clear but I have forgotten to add a crushed Campden tablet to them which I believe should be done every time they are racked.

Will they be ok or should I add a crushed Campden to them now ( I racked them first thing this morning)?

Probably still enough Campden in from last time, unless you're a really splashy racker.
My bet would be they're fine.

What classifies someone as a splashy racker?

Personally I don't go nuts with the camden tablets. I only put one in at the end with the stabiliser with the WOW type recipes. Make sure they are degassed if your having problems with them clearing as well.

I never use Camden and I've not had a problem yet, so you should be fine

Thanks everyone, I've left them alone and 5 of them have started to clear nicely, just the grapefruit one is being a bit stubborn.
