Has Fermentation Stopped?

8 days ago I made a 30 bottle Punch Nebiolo Wine Kit.
Og was 1080....it was fermenting great till it stopped bubbling on thursday...I tested it today and the hydrometer reading was 1010...
Any suggestions...ty
