Beer is in the FV at the moment, has been in it for 5 days all seems ok,however in a bit of a quandary. Took a sample to check the FG and its hit the target 1.011 so it seems ok, but it still seems to be fermenting as there is a bubble every 4 seconds. Looking for some help, shall I leave it to carry on fermenting or cold crash it ready for bottling/legging
