Has anyone tried to crown cap a wine bottle?

Wine bottles do not have the rim to crown cap. You can crown cap a champange bottle but it requires a 29mm crown cap not one of the beer bottle ones as these are too small :thumb:

Yes, I tried.

It didn't work. In fact I ended up knocking the bottle over with the clumsy effort and smashed it on the floor. I don't recommend it!
