I had a second attempt at Harvest Pale (from Castle Rock brewery in Nottingham) back in December (http://youtu.be/SiPAPx4oh70) and here is the recipe I came up with.
Lager Malt 5kg
Pale Malt (I used Optic) 132g
Torrefied Wheat 132g
Hop schedule
- Start of boil: Cascade 12g Galena 6g Pilot 6g
- 10 minutes into boil: Pilot 8g Cascade 20g
- 20 minutes into boil: Pilot 6g Cascade 12g
- End of boil: Galena 5g
Its not quite as hoppy as I like and its a bit hazy too (I forgot to add the Protofloc) but otherwise it is a good beer.
