decidedto give it a go as seemed simple enough
used 100 apple juice 4 one litre cartons in demijohn with 500g of bewing sugar a 1/2 packet of brewing yeast i had to hand from wilko
brewed for two weeks then bottled in beer bottles 500ml with one carbination drop
then put under stairs
thiswas done back in march 2014 and decided to crack one open bank holiday
WOW nice and clear and packs a punch a little raw but thats hard cider for you
nice and cheap brew bought 4 £1 cartons from Aldi packet of wilko sugar and yeast
not bad for a cider
brewed a fruit cider the same way
will see how that turns out
