why does the water calculator say add gypsum and epsom slats. anglian water. hard, mixing ashbeck with filtered anglian water gives me alkalinity 159 calcium 100 so using crs to bring down alkalinity to 20ish for pale ale and adding gypsum just to accentuate hops a bit up to 150 ish. no epsom slat needed or needed, does the gypsum accentuate hops enough?
