What do you think of this recipe any advice would be good :thumb:

I had a play with this recipe too.
I came up with this:

For 40 litres at 75% efficiency
6.14 kg Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain 96.85 %
0.20 kg Caramel/Crystal Malt -120L (120.0 SRM) Grain 3.15 %
65.00 gm Challenger [6.20 %] (90 min) Hops 26.4 IBU
30.00 gm Celeia [3.60 %] (15 min) Hops 3.3 IBU
30.00 gm Celeia [3.60 %] (5 min) Hops 1.3 IBU

As I said in the other thread; any challenger taste to me is lost to the late hops.....this isn't a criticism of the beer, as the bitterness in the drink is very smooth, typical of the hop and very much to my taste palette.
The beer certainly does have some hop flavour and aroma too, this is why I thought of trying the celeia hops late in boil - I have estimated the AA content at 3.6% as I have none in stock.

I've got plenty of Challenger in stock and will order some Celeia from Rob next week......I'll brew it out and go from there

the celelia is an aroma hop so would go in late ill brew this one in a fortnight. I love the citrus taste in the bitter and hope to reproduce that taste and also the light golden colour. I must say its one of the best ive tasted for a while :D
