Hi im greencheapsk8 from New Zealand
Just saying hi to everyone here.
Personally, im a kilju brewer. Im sure you guys know that proper name for sugar wine.
Im planning to do a shift to crude rum soon, and maybe branch into some fruity kilju.

My fermention chamber is small, only 2.5L , but thanks to my growing stainless steel welding skills, i hope to build a 35L-ish fermention chamber within a month or two.

Anyone else in the same boat as me?

It is also known as:- Potheen, moonshine, Bootleg etc and cannot be discussed on this Forum.
It is a major Forum directive.
Best of luck with your FV's :thumb:

No, no, not moonshine, its just wine without fruit.

I read the rules ,distilation is not alowed.
It was your reference to rum that made me feel I should draw your attention to the Forum rules.
Have fun here, we all do!

Sounds interesting, got a recipe?

Something along the lines of water, sugar and yeast

More seroisly, i havent put too much thought into the Crude rum.
Probably just the unrefinedest cane sugar i can find, and what ever yeast i have at the time.
