Growing hops??????

Hi all at the moment i am just doing diff kits . But next year i am thinking of growing 2 kinds of hops. But i would like to grow 2 diff hops that i can use in both lager and beer kits, and maybe in my tc,s. So my ? to all you brewers is , is there 2 hops out there that could work for me ..

I think something like Saaz would be nice in ales or lagers. I don't know how often Goldings go into lagers but as a hop it's a solid choice. You also have to look at what grows well in your climate. I'll leave that up to the "locals."

Ty for the reply ev1 knows what our british climate is like . Where they will be grown is part shade but in summer it is full sun 1/2 the time .
