Brewed, then pasteurised?

Probably meaningless, like "triple hopped"

“Grolsch Premium Pilsner achieves this through its ‘double-brew’ process – a double-decoction mash, using two hop varieties for bitterness and aroma, blended with two types of Dutch malt, and Enschede’s original Dutch spring water source.”

Double Decoction
Double Hops
Double Malt
Double Dutch

Quite surprised to see a modern mega brewery bothering with a double-decoction in this day and age. A rare win for tradition.

I drank Grolsh when I was working in Den Haag in 2006. It did the job of intoxication and little more. Inoffensive and nondescript, much like the rest of the US style lager. Put in the fridge and it's just like drinking pop.

All this and it still tastes ..... well it doesn't really taste of anything very much! I used to drink it for the swing-top bottles.
