A couple of years ago, they were being flogged on Amazon for £3. Thats when I got mine
Damn, I wish I could have bought it then. TBH one day I'll get round to coughing up the £10 it costs, I'm just lazy.

Looking at Amazon a new Greg Hughes edition is due in September. There is even a recipe on the preview.

Can't see it....

Home Brew Beer: Master the Art of Brewing Your Own Beer
“Updated to include new techniques (such as kettle souring), and new recipes (such as Brett IPA and Peach and green tea kettle sour), you'll have all the information you need to brew your perfect beer.”

Listed as a preorder. I don’t recall any notes on souring.

I think I'll stick with the edition I have. I'm not a fan of sours or beers with fruit or other messing about

Mine is never on the book shelf...it perambulates itself around my kitchen....

Back in Carmarthen for the weekend with some reading material, need to order a sack of malt and plan next brews :)

I plan on brewing the European Lager from this book next.
Has anyone made it already. Just wondering what it tastes similar too.
