Intend to try this recipe from the new edition of the book.

2 questions:

1. Anyone tried it and if so what are your thoughts ?

2. Doesn't mention any timings for dry hopping in the recipe. Was thinking of throwing the dry hops in on day 3 or 4 of fermentation but what duration should they be left in for ?

It was some time ago that I made it but from what I remember it was OK but not as good as I hoped it would be.
I would add the dry hops a few days before fermentation is complete and leave them until you package the beer.
 
I go for 3 days before bottling day, that way if I don’t manage to bottle on the planned day I have plenty of time to bottle during the next week without worrying about any potential off flavours from to long a dry hop (if such a thing is actually a real concern which I’m not convinced of)
