Hi there everyone, just getting back into brewing after an abscence of over 15 years, very pleased to have found this forum and look forward to picking a few brains- there wasn't all this info so close to hand the last time i brewed.
Easing myself back in gently with an Edme bitter kit and have just been to tesco's for the lavender champagne ingredients for the recipe i found a couple of posts down.
