Time to de-lurk, I suppose, since I got around to signing up for the forum. I'm not new to home brewing, but I'm definitely a kit brewer (ales and lagers) as opposed to starting my own brewery.
Last year's brews (Brewferm Oud Vlaams Bruin and a couple of Czech Pilsners) all went down very well - including with guests - so now I have something like 250+ empty bottles and nothing brewing. Time to play catch-up, methinks.
Four more kits are on the way: Brewferm Pils (x2), Gold (x2), Oranje Bock (x2) and a Bulldog Hammer of Thor lager. We'll see how that goes, now to look out and clean up the fermenting bins...
