Hi everyone. The name's Chris, I live in Plymouth and go to Aberystwyth uni.

Hoping to start brewing beer this year now I am out of halls.

I have made cider before from out apple tree, but am a complete novice to beer brewing.

What will I need other than a Balliihoo Basic Homebrew Starter Equipment Kit [I can't post links yet]

loads of bottles and a beer kit?

You certainly can - although probably not for beer kits - just too small to be worth it, but why not try your hand at making some very cheap wine? - viewtopic.php?f=48&t=10179

TurboCider lends itself to 1 or 2 gallon batches. Many threads to peruse...
