Hi Brewers,
Im a newbee brewer/experienced drinker from Dublin.
On my 3rd brew now -John Bull IPA and its bubbling away nicely.
Still maturing Coopers Heritage Lager and Coopers Canadian Blonde.
The Heritage was a bit cidery after the stated 2 weeks in bottles so I left it for another 2 @ room temp and now its in the attic, chillin out !
I used carbonation drops to prime the coopers but i think Ill use spray malt in a second drum for the IPA.
Any advice is welcome and appreciated.
Cheers,
Mick (Fender Precision)
