Noob South African here, wanting to learn much more about brewing.

Very cool site and very helpful topics.

As I am intoducing myself here now, my 1st Coopers Aussie Lager is already bubbling away nicely, mostly thanks to the excellent advice and knowledge already picked up here in the last 2 weeks.

Still nervous about my 1st brew's outcome, but will gladly wait it out and drink it all.

It is pretty damn good here.. I am a bit keen on the coopers kit too in fact anything which stops me buying the **** they sell in the supermarket for way to much.

Got a bucket load going on now.. two FV's filled with cheapo beer kit to ensure I can avoid whilst my coopers conditions...
