Hi all,
today I made a grape an apple wine. I found a home brew supply shop near where I live only a 10 min drive away and picked up some more equipment which allowed me to be able to make another batch of wine it was great value for money and they had a lot of good stuff I will definitely be purchasing my equipment from there in the future to support a local business.
The recipe goes as follows:
2ltr RGJ
2ltr Apple juice
Mug of strong black tea
500g sugar
1 tsp young’s wine yeast
1 tsp yeast nutrient
the SG was 1.086 and this is what it looked like
