Grainy question

I got some crushed grain from someone,but the label show that they are outdated.They are still sealed in the original bag and they seemed dry(no mold).
How long can one keep grain? :pray:

Sounds fine.

It will lose its freshness over time but may be ok. Old grain will just not taste great when its brewed. Your much better using fresh
