Hello,
I am thinking of purchasing a Grainfather fermenter. Does anyone know whether Grainfather fermenters have thermowells? If not, how do they measure the temperature and is the measurement it reliable? Also, I ferment in my garage where it can get cold; for example currently it is 11 Celsius there. Do you think the Grainfather’s heating system can maintain (ale) fermentation temperatures in such a cold place?
