Finally got this on tonight using the recipe from the Mikkeller book (multiplied ingredients by 1.15 to hit 23l). Target OG was 1.067 but missed that by some distance, only hit 1.062 and I'm not entirely sure why, I think it could because I'm weighing grain in a small bowl and I probably miscounted! Other than that everything went off without a hitch and I pitched the yeast I harvested from my last brew a week or so ago. 50g dry hops still to be added. The proper version is one of the best beers I've ever tried so I'm looking forward to this one.
